Terms of Service

Last updated 20 July 2026. These terms govern your use of audiencepush.pro and, together with any signed proposal or engagement letter, any services provided by Audience Push Pte. Ltd.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing audiencepush.pro (the "Site") or engaging Audience Push Pte. Ltd. (UEN 203047192M, "Audience Push", "we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these terms of service. Where a signed proposal, statement of work or engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence for that specific engagement.

2. Definitions

"Client" means any individual or entity that engages Audience Push for services. "Services" means the audience research, segmentation, messaging architecture, AI-assisted creative, demand generation and analytics work described on our services page, or otherwise agreed in writing. "Deliverables" means the specific documents, creative assets, reports or systems we agree to produce for a Client under a given project scope. "Content" means text, graphics, brand names and other material appearing on the Site.

3. Description of services

Audience Push is a marketing agency. We provide marketing strategy, audience research, campaign planning, segmentation, messaging architecture, creative development, AI-assisted copy and content workflows, performance media guidance, and related analytics and testing services. We are not a software-as-a-service product, a bot or push-notification platform, an educational course provider, a data broker, or a law firm, and nothing on this Site should be read as legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Engagement, proposals and project scope

Services are provided under a written proposal, statement of work, or retainer agreement that sets out project scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion, including where a request falls outside our stated services or where we reasonably believe a project scope is unlikely to achieve its aim. Any change to agreed project scope, timeline or deliverables must be agreed in writing before it is actioned, and may result in a revised fee.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and set out in the relevant proposal or engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, project-based engagements are invoiced with a deposit on signing and a balance on delivery or at defined milestones; retainer engagements are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the invoice date unless a different term is agreed in writing. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts and to charge reasonable interest on amounts more than thirty days overdue, to the extent permitted by Singapore law. Media spend, third-party platform fees, and licensed tools used specifically for a Client's project are billed separately or passed through at cost, as agreed in the proposal.

6. Client responsibilities

A Client agrees to provide timely access to information, stakeholders, brand assets and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed Services; to review and provide feedback on Deliverables within a reasonable timeframe; and to ensure that any brand claims, data or materials supplied to us for use in campaigns are accurate and that the Client holds the necessary rights or consents to supply them. Delays caused by a Client's failure to meet these responsibilities may extend timelines without us being in breach of the engagement.

7. AI-assisted work

Some Deliverables are produced using AI-assisted tools, including generative AI for drafting copy, summarising research, or generating creative variants for campaign testing. Audience Push reviews all AI-assisted output through human strategists and editorial staff before it is presented to a Client or released to media, consistent with our approach to responsible AI in marketing described on our about page. Clients are not charged a premium or discount specifically for the use of AI-assisted tools within a project; fees reflect the overall project scope and the human review involved.

8. Intellectual property and ownership

Subject to full payment of all fees due for a given engagement, ownership of the specific Deliverables created for that Client — including segment maps, messaging architecture documents, campaign creative and reports — transfers to the Client on completion. Audience Push retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, templates, internal tools and any general know-how developed over time, and may use anonymised and aggregated learnings from an engagement (with no identifying client information) to improve our own methods and to describe illustrative work as permitted under Section 12. The Audience Push name, "The Segment" design system, our logo and site content remain the property of Audience Push Pte. Ltd. and may not be used, copied or represented as a Client's own without our written permission.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Audience Push provides marketing strategy, audience research, campaign planning, creative development, AI-assisted workflow support and performance media guidance. We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, leads, followers, engagement, ranking, growth, viral reach or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitor activity, budget, creative execution, platform algorithm changes, seasonality and the underlying audience itself. Any figures, ranges or illustrative results referenced on this Site or in a proposal are estimates or illustrative composites, not a warranty of performance.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already agreed in writing (for example, our use of anonymised case studies as described in Section 12). This obligation survives the end of an engagement for a reasonable period, and in any event for so long as the information remains genuinely confidential.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Audience Push's total liability arising from or connected to any engagement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

12. Case studies and illustrative work

Case studies, examples and figures referenced on the Site, including on our work page, are illustrative and anonymised composites reflecting typical project scope and working method, unless a Client has separately and expressly agreed in writing to be identified. We may reference the general nature of an engagement (for example, sector and approximate scope) in anonymised form for our own marketing purposes unless a Client's engagement letter states otherwise.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project-based engagement for material breach not remedied within fourteen days of written notice. Retainer engagements may be terminated by either party with the notice period stated in the relevant agreement, typically thirty days. On termination, the Client pays for Services performed and Deliverables completed up to the effective termination date, and Audience Push provides reasonable handover of work in progress.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disaster, government action, power or network outages, or widespread illness affecting staff availability, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and takes reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any engagement with Audience Push, are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or an engagement that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion between the parties will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any right to refer a dispute to mediation or arbitration if the parties separately agree to do so in writing.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms, together with any signed proposal or engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between the parties for a given engagement and supersede prior discussions on the same subject matter, save for any separately agreed non-disclosure agreement. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your use of the Site or the date of your engagement letter applies.

17. Contact
