Where we sit

Ann Siang, Telok Ayer — a short walk from most of our clients

Our studio sits in the Ann Siang / Telok Ayer district, a district of restored shophouses that has quietly become home to a fair number of Singapore's smaller agency teams, studios and consultancies. Being an Ann Siang agency is not a branding decision; it means most of our SME and scale-up clients can walk over for a working session instead of a video call, and it keeps us close to the Singapore market conversations that shape the audience research we do for regional and ASEAN briefs as well.

We started Audience Push because too many campaigns were being built backwards — a channel chosen, a budget approved, and only then a rushed guess about who the audience actually was. Audience research, segmentation and messaging architecture are still treated as an afterthought at a lot of agencies. We made them the whole business.

Responsible AI

AI-assisted insight, with a strategist's name on every brief

We use generative AI and AI-assisted campaigns throughout our AI content workflows — drafting variant copy, summarising interview transcripts, spotting patterns across hundreds of reviews faster than any one analyst could alone. We are open about that with clients, and we think agencies that pretend otherwise are doing their clients a disservice.

Responsible AI in marketing, to us, means three fairly plain rules. First, AI-assisted insight is reviewed by a human strategist before it shapes a brief; a model can suggest a segment, but a strategist decides whether it is real. Second, AI copy development never goes to a client or to media without a brand voice check. Third, we tell clients plainly which parts of a deliverable were AI-assisted and which were built by hand, because human-in-the-loop AI only means something if the loop is visible.

Who does the work

A small agency team, not a directory of "experts"

We deliberately don't publish a wall of headshots and invented titles. Our agency team is a working group of researchers, strategists, copywriters and an editorial director, and the people on your account are named in the proposal — not on a marketing page designed to look bigger than we are.

Researchers

Run the audience research: interviews, review mining, sales-call listening, competitor messaging teardown, and AI-assisted brand research.

Strategists

Build the segment map and messaging architecture, and sign off on every AI-assisted draft before it moves forward.

Creative & editorial

Handle content direction, editorial direction and the brand voice check on AI copy development, AI social content and AI analytics reporting.

What we believe

A short, unglamorous list of working principles

The segment comes before the channel

We won't recommend a platform, format or budget split until we know who the message is actually for. It slows down week one and speeds up every week after.

PDPA-aware research, as a baseline

Audience research and any first-party data handling follow PDPA-aware research practice as a matter of course, not an add-on requested by legal.

No guarantees, ever

We won't promise a lead count, a growth rate or viral reach. We will tell you, honestly, what a segment map and a messaging architecture are likely to change.

Clients keep ownership

Research, segment maps and messaging documents belong to the client on final payment. We are not building a walled garden you need us to unlock.
