Straight answers before you book a call
The questions below come up in almost every first conversation. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — a strategist will answer, not a script.
Are you a bot shop, a data broker, a push-notification app, or a course? +
No, to every part of that question. Audience Push is a marketing agency for audience research, segmentation and messaging architecture. We do not build or sell chatbot or push-notification software, we do not sell scraped or brokered contact data, and we do not run a paid course teaching "AI marketing" tricks. We also do not promise guaranteed leads, a guaranteed reply rate, or overnight viral reach — those promises are a reasonable sign an outfit doesn't actually understand marketing. What we do is research who a client's audience really is, build a segment map, and write messaging — drafted with AI-assisted tools and checked by human strategists — that a real reader is more likely to answer.
What does the engagement model look like? +
Most relationships start with a single audience research and insight sprint or a segmentation project, scoped in a written proposal after a discovery call. If the segment map proves useful, clients typically move to a standing marketing retainer covering messaging, AI-assisted creative and demand generation, reviewed and re-scoped roughly every quarter. Nothing auto-renews without a conversation, and either side can end a retainer with the notice period set out in the engagement letter.
What kind of budgets should we plan for? +
Indicative SGD ranges are listed on the services page — broadly S$3,200 to S$12,000 for defined project scope such as a research sprint or messaging architecture, and S$3,800 to S$9,000 per month for ongoing retainers covering demand generation or analytics. Final cost depends on audience complexity, whether the work covers Singapore only or wider ASEAN markets, and how much senior strategist time a project needs. Media spend, ad platform fees and any third-party tool licences sit outside our fee and are agreed separately.
Which tools do you actually use? +
A mix of established audience research and analytics tools, plus generative AI tools comparable to ChatGPT or Copilot for marketing teams for first-draft copy, transcript summarising and pattern-spotting across large volumes of review or interview text. AI content workflows and marketing automation platforms speed up production; they do not choose strategy or approve a claim. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a strategist before a client sees it, which is what we mean by human-in-the-loop AI.
Who owns the research, data and messaging documents? +
The client. Once an engagement is paid in full, the segment map, research notes, messaging architecture and any creative assets produced for that client belong to them, and we hand over source files, not just a summary deck. We keep an internal, PDPA-aware archive for reference and audit purposes, but we do not resell, relicense or repurpose a client's audience data or messaging for anyone else.
How do you handle client and audience data under the PDPA? +
PDPA-aware research is a baseline, not an add-on. We collect only what a project needs, state the purpose before we collect it, and avoid holding personal data longer than the engagement requires. Details on lawful basis, retention and your rights are set out in full in our privacy notice, and our Data Protection Officer is reachable at [email protected] for anything specific to your data.
Where does human review actually happen? +
At every handover point: after AI-assisted research synthesis, before any AI copy development reaches a draft deck, and before anything — a segment map, an ad concept, a lifecycle email — goes to a client or to media. A strategist or editorial director signs off; nothing ships purely on a model's output.
What do you deliberately not do? +
We don't guarantee sales, leads, followers, rankings, growth rate or viral reach. We don't run push-notification products, sell data lists, or offer legal advice. We don't publish invented named "experts" with fabricated credentials, and we don't set a strategy purely by AI output without a strategist's review. If a request falls outside marketing strategy, audience research or messaging, we'll say so plainly rather than stretch the brief.
Do you work with SMEs as well as enterprise clients? +
Yes — our client base runs from SME to scale-up to enterprise, across Singapore and the wider ASEAN market. Project scope adjusts to size; a lean SME research sprint looks different from an enterprise segmentation and demand mapping programme, but the same discipline applies to both.
How fast can we start? +
Discovery calls are usually booked within a week, and most sprints kick off within two to three weeks of a signed proposal, subject to studio capacity. Retainer clients get priority scheduling for follow-on campaign testing and roadmap work.
Ask us the awkward question first
If you're weighing us against another marketing agency or an in-house build, ask the question you're most worried about — pricing, AI use, data handling, or what happens if a sprint doesn't turn up anything new. We would rather answer that honestly on a call than have you find out later.
