Privacy Notice

Last updated 20 July 2026. This notice explains how Audience Push Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

This privacy notice is issued by Audience Push Pte. Ltd. (UEN 203047192M), a Singapore-incorporated marketing agency with its studio at 28 Ann Siang Road, #02-03, Singapore 069708 ("Audience Push", "we", "us" or "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through audiencepush.pro (the "Site") and through our client engagements, unless we tell you otherwise in a specific engagement letter.

This notice applies to visitors to the Site, prospective clients who contact us, current and former clients, job applicants, and individuals whose personal data we may process on a client's behalf during audience research work, such as interview participants who have separately consented to take part in a research sprint.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you, automatically through the Site, and, where relevant to a specific project scope, from third parties engaged by a client. The categories of personal data we typically collect include:

  • Contact details: full name, work email address, phone number, job title and company name, usually submitted through our contact form or during a discovery call.
  • Enquiry content: the content of any message, brief, or attachment you send us, including details of your marketing goals, audience or project scope.
  • Engagement and billing details: company registration details, billing contact information and invoicing address for clients who sign a proposal or retainer agreement.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring pages, collected automatically through server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies.
  • Research participant data: where a client engages us to run interviews, surveys or similar audience research, we may process personal data of research participants strictly within the scope and consent basis set by that specific project.
  • Recruitment data: CVs, cover letters and related information submitted by job applicants, retained only for the recruitment process in question.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial account information) through the Site, and we ask that you do not include such information in the contact form unless specifically requested by us for a defined purpose.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data when you: complete the contact form on this Site; email, call or otherwise communicate with us; sign a proposal, engagement letter or retainer agreement; participate in research commissioned by a client of ours, having given separate consent for that purpose; apply for a role with us; or browse the Site in a way that triggers cookies or similar technologies you have consented to (see our cookie notice for detail).

4. Purposes for which we use personal data

Consistent with the PDPA's requirement that organisations state the purpose of collection, we use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email or phone, including assessing whether a project scope fits our services.
  • To prepare proposals, engagement letters, invoices and related administration for prospective and current clients.
  • To deliver contracted services, including audience research, segmentation, messaging architecture, AI-assisted creative and campaign testing, strictly within the scope agreed with a client.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, including basic analytics where you have given consent through the cookie banner.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations applicable to a Singapore company.
  • To assess job applications and, if successful, to administer an offer of engagement.
  • To send you service-related communications; we do not send marketing communications to individuals who have not opted in, and any such communication includes a straightforward way to unsubscribe.

5. Consent and legal basis

We rely primarily on your consent to collect, use and disclose personal data for the purposes above, obtained for example through the consent checkbox on our contact form. Where permitted under the PDPA, we may also rely on the "deemed consent" and legitimate interest-style exceptions available under Sections 15 and 17 of the Act — for instance, to fulfil a contract you have asked us to perform, or to meet a legal obligation — without separately requesting consent for that narrow purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time as set out in Section 10 below, though this may affect our ability to continue an ongoing engagement.

6. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to:

  • Staff and contractors of Audience Push who need the information to deliver a project, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Data intermediaries acting on our behalf, such as email service providers, cloud storage providers and accounting software providers, engaged under written terms requiring PDPA-equivalent protection.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, where reasonably necessary.
  • Government agencies or regulators, where required by law or a valid legal process.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, subject to equivalent data protection commitments.

7. Overseas transfer of personal data

Some of the cloud infrastructure, email and analytics tools we use may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient organisation is bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, whether through contractual clauses, the recipient's own certifications, or by relying on a permitted transfer basis under the Act.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. As a general guide: enquiry and contact form data is retained for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows; client engagement records, including invoicing data, are retained in line with Singapore accounting and tax record-keeping requirements (currently up to five years); and job applicant data is retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Research participant data collected on behalf of a client is retained and disposed of according to that project's specific data handling plan.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include access controls limiting who within Audience Push can view client and research data, encrypted transmission for the contact form, and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review our practices periodically and update them as reasonably required.

10. Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable exceptions under the PDPA, you may:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, by giving us reasonable notice.
  • Ask us a question about how your personal data is being handled.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within thirty days, and may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. Withdrawing consent may mean we are no longer able to provide certain services to you, and we will explain the likely consequence before processing a withdrawal request.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses essential cookies required for basic functionality, and, only with consent given through our cookie banner, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. Full detail, including how to change your preference, is set out in our cookie notice.

12. Data Protection Officer

Audience Push has appointed a Data Protection Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with the PDPA. You can reach our DPO at [email protected] or by post at 28 Ann Siang Road, #02-03, Singapore 069708, marked "Attn: Data Protection Officer".

13. Children's data

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of eighteen through the Site, and any research involving minors commissioned by a client would require a separate, specifically designed consent and safeguarding process.

14. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, please contact our Data Protection Officer first so we can address the issue directly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) if you remain unsatisfied with our response.

15. Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version in force is always the one published on this page, dated at the top. Material changes affecting how we handle your personal data will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.

16. Contact us

Questions about this notice or how your personal data is handled can be sent to [email protected], or by phone on +65 6835 2741 during our office hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT.
